Score 0 – 7: You possess a personality which is very stable and are not very vulnerable to stress. Even though at times life can seems to be very stressful, you know how to control and relax when need be. You believe that life is already a great experience and why be worried and stressed when you can be positive and try to think positively, even in the worse of situations.
Score 8 -14: Even though you are quite resilient to setbacks and problems that may occur throughout life, you acknowledge that sometimes certain things can make you stressed however you can easily smooth out these bumps in order to get back on track. You also avoid bad thoughts, negative and catastrophic, this way you can focus on the things that are most important. You do sometimes have a tendency to become flustered or act rationally in situations when under pressure when stress is too much however, you can easily float back to reality and control the situation.
Score 15 – 21: You are a person who is extremely vulnerable to stress and perhaps you are anxious a lot or have not been a very lucky person throughout life so far. You must confront the situation and although you seem to think the “glass is half empty” think as a positivist and think of the “glass half full”.
